The Gifted and Talented Department offers Gifted Education services for identified students across all grade levels within the following areas, as outlined by the Kentucky Department of Education: (There are links if you'd like to complete a referral for a student in any of the areas.)

• General Intellectual Aptitude (GI)

  • Referral for PTP (K-3) General Intellectual

  • Referral for GT 4th-12th General Intellectual

• Specific Academic Aptitude

  (Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies)

  • Referral for PTP (K-3) Specific Academic Area

• Creative or Divergent Thinking
