Kindergartener, Hudson Lynch, entered his Graphic Novel into the KET Young Writers Contest. The annual contest seeks to celebrate creativity through four categories of writing – Illustrated Story, Short Story, Poetry, and Graphic Novels. Submissions will be accepted until Friday, March 31, 2023. Entries are accepted from public, private, parochial, and homeschool learning spaces within Kentucky. Winners will be announced no later than May 30, 2023.
Students who enter a piece and also share it with Mrs. Egan will have their picture with a QR code link to their writing displayed on the Young Author wall. Additionally, if they supply a bound copy of their book, it will be put into circulation at the PGE library for other students to check out and enjoy.
