Meet the Kindergarten Team!

Bullitt Central Agriculture students stopped by to work with our students. They read a book about how to grow strawberries and showed students how to make strawberry playdough.

Lunch time is for.....reading! Check out these students who just couldn't put their book down and were quick to continue their reading after finishing lunch. #readalatte

FYI as sirens and ambulance are not part of a normal school day. A student has had a medical issue at school. All students involved are fine but emergency first responders had to be called.

Students may wear their book character costume tomorrow since we did not get to finish our celebration of Read Across America last week. As of right now, we are unsure of if the book fair will continue as we have not heard from Scholastic to see if they are still coming to pick it up.

We are excited about our Title 1 Family Literacy Night tomorrow evening! Join us for a night of learning how to better yourself as a reader. Pizza and drinks will be provided by the FRC on a first come, first serve basis.
Check out the flyer at the link below for a brief description of each activity that you can explore to learn and grow as a reader.
