Students in Mrs. Thompson's Arts and Humanities classes have been performing! In 6th grade, they choreographed their own short dances. In 7th grade, they performed silly fairy tale plays. And in 8th grade, they performed excerpts of Romeo and Juliet (No one was harmed in the foam sword fights. 😂)

This week is National Bookkeepers' Week and we have one of the best at ZMS! Mrs. Ray keeps us in the black and organized. We appreciate all her hard work, kindness and laughter she brings to the office.

Student's in Mrs. Voight's computer repair/library helpers enrichment class are learning to repair screens and keyboards. These are skills students can use if they choose to go into the technology field!
Earlier this week, our band director Ms. Parsons invited members of the Louisville Brass professional band visit her classes. They demonstrated for students how to play instruments and inspired many of them to continue practicing their instruments!

*Students who pay before open house events will have their device ready for pickup those nights (Aug 3-6th grade, Aug 7-7th/8th)
*Students who pay AT open house or online up to Aug 9 will receive their device first day of school
*All others will receive them as we receive payment.
